Returns & Exchanges
Dan-Joe Workwear is happy to offer our customers a replacement, or refund where item(s) are:
different from a sample shown to you.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on embroidered, printed, clearance items, underwear, altered, worn, damaged garments or if you simply change your mind.
Shoes will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product. If your item shows any evidence of wear, it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpet to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
You can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of purchase. You must provide original proof of purchase
Garments must be in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please follow these steps below to return your order for a refund or exchange:
Contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns Authority Number
We will email you a Returns Authority number which will be required to come back with the returned items

Cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
Dan-Joe Workwear is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
How Long Does it Take for A Refund/Exchange?
Your refund/exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s are received by our team and confirmed that it complies with our returns policy. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 business days for the refund to be made and refunded through the original method you used when paying. Exchange Items will also take 1-2 business days to be processed provided stock availability.
