FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150.
FOR ORDERS UNDER $150 WE OFFER $15.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING.
If we receive your order before 2pm Monday - Friday AEST, and your item/s are in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number so that you can check the delivery status of your order online.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
All orders shipped from do not require a signature.
ITEMS ON ORDER
If you have purchased an item that needs to be ordered in from the Supplier, it will be shipped within the time frame quoted on the product page.
If you order also contains items that are in stock, please note that your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you would like them shipped separately, please get into contact with us.
CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on ………or email us on …….. stating your order number and new shipping address.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?- Shipping will usually take 2 - 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse.
- There can be the occasional courier delay which may affect these delivery times.
